AND PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

( here in after “Fighter) and Federation Boxing Association,Inc
( here in after “FBA)
RECITALS
The FBA was formed to advance the sport of professional boxing in the United States to and around the
world. It is the goal of the FBA to recognize and supervise the administration of championship fights that benefit the boxers involved, appeal to the boxing fan, and are attrative to boxing promoters.
To achieve these goals the FBA intends to provvide to the boxing public intriguing Matches
Featuring fighting championships who defend their titles. Moreover, challengers to FBA titles are not chosen based on their world ranking, which may or may not be deserved. Rather, the right to challenge for a title is awarded to fighters who deserves, based on their boxing accomplishments an opportunity to contend for a title.
In addition, the FBA intends to be a “fan friendly” sanctioning body and consequently will not tolerate any conduct which impinges on the integrity or image of boxing or the FBA.
AGREEMENT
In futherance of the above stated goals and in consideration of the right to participate in the FBA sanctioned matches, the Fighter agrees as following:
1.
if fighter is the holder of the FBA title, he must defend that title once every 90 days unless:
A.
Fighter has a legitimate medical excuse, substantiated by a medical physician, for his inability to defend his title within the time prescribed above or
B.
Fighter obtains the express written permission to extend the period for defense of his title from the President of the FBA, Richard Burns.
2. Fighter must participate in any matches that are deemed by the championship committee of the FBA or the President of the FBA to be an enhancement to both the FBA and the Fighter, unless
A.
Fighter has a legitimate medical excuse substantiated by a licensed physician, for his inability to participate in the above described matches or
B.
Fighters expressly excused from participating in the above described matches in writing by the President of the FBA, Richard Burns.
3.
All title challengers must be approved by ratings chairman of the FBA.
4.
The FBA may revoke any FBA title held by Fighter for failure to comply with sections 1, 2, or 3 above.
5.
The FBA may revoke any FBA title held by the Fighter if fighter engages in conduct detrimental to the sport of boxingor the FBA.
6.
If a title is vacant for any reas on, the FBA may approve 2 challegers to compete for the championship.
7.
The fees for FBA title fights as of the date of this agreement are as follows:
A.
World Titile:
1.
Champion-3%of purse or $1500.00, which ever one is greater
11. Challenger—3% of purse or $1000.00, which ever one is greater
111. Belt/Case $600.00
iv.. Supervisor
$500.00
v. Referee
$1750.00
vi. Judges (each)
$1250.00
vii. Promoter’s and Sacntioning fee $2500.00
B.
Intercontinental Belt
1.
Champion—3% of Purse $300.00 which ever one is greater
11. Challenger—3% of Purse or $200.00 which ever one is greater
111. Belt/Case $600.00
iv.. Supervisor $500.00
v. Referee $300.00
vi. Judges (each) $200.00
vii. Promoter’s sanctioning fee $1000.00

American Belt
